HafizPrime respects intellectual property. The Quran itself is not owned — it is the word of Allah. But reciter recordings, translations, tafsir, and other scholarly materials are often copyrighted. We license or properly attribute all such materials.
Report infringement
If you believe content on HafizPrime infringes your copyright, email legal@hafizprime.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL(s) where the infringement occurs.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove infringing content within 72 hours while investigating.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it shouldn’t have been, email the same address with a counter-notice including your contact info and a statement under penalty of perjury.
Repeat infringers
Repeat infringers’ accounts are terminated.
