The service
HafizPrime is a mobile app and website that help you memorize and review the Quran. The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running well; we cannot guarantee zero downtime.
Your account
- You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the local age of digital consent, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person per account. Institutional accounts exist for schools — contact partnerships@hafizprime.com.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringes copyright, or disrespects the Quran or any prophet.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or mislead others.
- Use the service to generate and distribute AI-fabricated Quranic text, recitations, or hadith.
Religious content
HafizPrime provides memorization tools and educational content. It is not a substitute for a qualified scholar or teacher. Religious questions raised through the AI Coach are directed to our Scholar Panel and, where necessary, to external qualified scholars. We do not issue fatwas.
Intellectual property
- The Quran itself is not owned by anyone. It is the word of Allah, preserved and shared.
- Our app, brand, design, and original content are owned by HafizPrime.
- You own your memorization progress data.
- Recitation audio you create belongs to you; you grant us a limited license to analyze it for providing the service, and no license to use it for training third-party models.
Pricing
HafizPrime is free. If we ever introduce paid features, we’ll announce them clearly, with advance notice, and the core memorization engine will remain free.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
Disclaimers
Memorization results vary. We make no guarantees about retention rates, exam results, or religious outcomes. The AI Coach is a tool; your effort matters more.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (for free users, that amount is zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our operating entity (disclosed on request). Disputes go to that jurisdiction’s courts, unless local consumer law grants you stronger rights.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and notify you by email for material changes.
