Quick answer: Settings → Account → Delete account. Takes effect within 72 hours. Your memorization history is wiped from our servers permanently.
Step by step
- Open HafizPrime and go to Settings (gear icon, top right).
- Tap Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password (email users) or biometric (Apple/Google users).
- You’ll receive an email confirming deletion is scheduled.
What gets deleted
- Your email, hashed password, and login metadata.
- Memorization progress, revision schedule, and retention score.
- Notes, reflection entries, and any audio you recorded (audio is never transmitted to our servers, so it’s deleted from your device on account removal).
- Teacher/parent links — those contacts are notified that you’ve unlinked.
What we keep
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., “average hifz per active user”). This data cannot be linked back to you.
Changed your mind?
If you contact us within 72 hours of requesting deletion, we can cancel it. After 72 hours, your data is permanently removed — we can’t recover it.
