Quick answer: Your memorization progress, retention score, revision schedule, and tajweed areas you’re working on. Nothing else — not your audio, not your reflections, not other app usage.

What’s shared

  • Memorized ayat — a simple map of which verses you’ve marked complete.
  • Retention score per surah — the 0–100 index of how strong each portion is.
  • Revision sessions — when you last revised and how long.
  • Tajweed flags — categories the verifier has identified as weak (e.g., “qalqala needs work”), not individual mistakes.

What’s not shared

  • Recitation audio. The verifier processes entirely on-device. Your teacher hears nothing you recited unless you play it for them in person.
  • Reflection notes. Tadabbur notes are private by default.
  • Messages with the AI Coach. Your conversations remain yours.
  • Login times, device identifiers, or other metadata — none of this is teacher-visible.

Control

You (or your parent, if under 13) can revoke teacher access at any time with one tap. No explanation required. The teacher is notified that the link ended.

For parents of young memorizers

Parents under Guardian Link see the same data a teacher does, plus can opt into weekly summary emails. No other data is shared with parents.
