TL;DR: 14-day money-back guarantee on any paid tier, for any reason. Refunds are processed by the app store you bought through (Apple or Google). Core features are and will always be free, so we’d rather refund than keep your money if a paid tier didn’t deliver.
The 14-day policy
Within 14 days of any paid upgrade, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. We don’t ask why; we don’t negotiate; we don’t hold you to usage caveats. If the paid tier isn’t for you, we refund.
How to request a refund
Because Apple and Google handle all payments (we don’t have your card number), refunds go through them — not through us directly. The steps differ by platform.
Apple (iOS)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find HafizPrime in your recent purchases.
- Tap Request a refund and choose a reason (any reason works).
- Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours. The money returns to your original payment method.
Google (Android)
- Open the Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find HafizPrime and tap Refund.
- Google processes refunds within 24 hours. The money returns to your original payment method.
After 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window, we can’t issue a refund — this is a limitation of the Apple and Google payment flows, not a HafizPrime policy choice.
However:
- You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current paid period.
- If there’s a billing dispute (e.g., you were charged after canceling), contact Apple or Google support. They resolve these quickly.
- If you feel the service materially misrepresented itself, email us. We review these case by case and can issue goodwill credits even when technically outside the window.
Exceptions we honor beyond 14 days
- Death in the family. If a subscriber has passed away, surviving family can request cancellation and, at our discretion, a partial refund for unused time. Email us.
- Chronic illness requiring extended hiatus. We pause subscriptions at no cost; you resume when ready.
- Material service failure. If a bug on our end blocked your access for multiple days, we credit for the affected time.
What doesn’t qualify for refund
- Regret after multiple months of active use.
- Dissatisfaction with a feature that was clearly described before purchase.
- Price changes after your purchase (grandfathered pricing applies).
